I have two suggestions to improve Revelex as part of our winning team. First, I need Revelex exceed iceberg-speeds in the afternoon. It always slows down and forces me to use the cruise lines' online booking engines. This is double work for me, because I then have to engage a manual cruise entry to document and prepare a quote for my clients. Second, there must be uniform application of fuel surcharges. Not knowing if the fuel surcharge is included and having to double check that important fact uses more time that I could use on more productive work, especiallly during wave. Improve these two items and I will definitely regard Revelex as part of my winning team. Right now, I'd leave it on the bench.
Thank-you for your comments, Revelex has seen increased latency during afternoon weekday traffic because of extremely large numbers of requests for cruises during wave season. We created many improvments to the caching and added new hardware as of Friday, January 18th and have not seen any latency since. Second, we had very little or no warning of the fuel surcharges and have been coding through the holiday's to accomodate this, and the breakouts will be completed for most cruiselines "today". Revelex does consider itself as your partner and hope that quick responses to our issues help you put us in your starting line up.
